Simon Kim

Simon Kim is an experienced leader with a focus on enhancing systems, culture, and individual growth. They served as a pastor and youth director in various churches from 2003 to 2018, developing ministries geared towards students and families while also engaging in preaching and teaching. Simon's current role is as the General Manager at Starbucks, where they continue to apply their leadership skills. In addition to their extensive experience in church leadership, Simon holds a Master's in Divinity and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Louis University.
