Rafael Uston

Rafael Uston's work experience includes positions at ELBA Group, Jarolim Partner, t42, TeraVienna GmbH, Gazprom Neft Trading GmbH, and Scan Liquid Monitoring Networks. At ELBA Group, they served as the CIO of Technology and General Counsel. At Jarolim Partner, they were an Of Counsel, providing legal assistance in business law. Rafael also worked as a Consultant and Vice President of Business Development at t42. At TeraVienna GmbH, they were the Managing Director, overseeing the development of THz solutions for various industries. Prior to that, they were the Head of the Legal Department at Gazprom Neft Trading GmbH, handling worldwide crude oil and refined product exports. Rafael Uston earned a Mag. iur. degree in Law from the University of Vienna from 1999 to 2004. Rafael then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Business Law from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, a Doctor of Law (JD) in European and Israeli Anti Trust Law from the University of Vienna, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Technische Universität Wien, all completed between 2004 and 2006.
