Gary Cook

Gary Cook has extensive leadership experience, having served as President and CEO of Starcom, Inc. and Professional Answering Service since January 1986. Prior to this role, Gary held similar positions at Southwestern Telecom, Inc. and served as the Mayor of Wichita Falls, Texas from April 1982 to April 1986. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at Southwestern Bell from January 1974 to December 1979, and serving as Assistant Dean of Student Life at West Texas State University from May 1970 to May 1972. Gary's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Business Management and Biology, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry, both from West Texas A&M University.
