John Shea has over 20 years of experience in strategy and planning roles in the advertising industry. John started their career as an Assistant Planner at Fallon Minneapolis in 1997. John then worked as a VP/Senior Planner at Cramer Krasselt from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined Leo Burnett as a VP/Planning Director, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Content Director at Miller Brewing, where they were responsible for defining and translating business objectives into consumer-facing communication. In 2009, they served as VP/Business Strategy Director at DDB Worldwide. Since 2010, John has been working at Starcom, where they initially held the role of SVP/Human Experience Director. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of SVP/Strategy Director.
John Shea has a Bachelor's degree in History from Temple University.
