Hayley Smith

Hayley Smith is a Social Media Marketing Specialist at StarCycle since April 2022, responsible for creating content, performing research, and implementing social media strategies. Previously, Hayley held a similar role at Drybar, focusing on website performance analysis and strategic insights. With a strong background in behavioral intervention, Hayley worked as a District Behavior Interventionist for HOPE Elementary School District, providing support to individuals with ASD and their families. Earlier experiences include roles as a Registered Behavior Technician at STAR of California, a Home Care Provider with Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a Nanny, a Lead Teacher at My Gym Children's Fitness Center, and a Retail Sales Specialist at American Eagle Outfitters. Hayley holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School and multiple degrees in Psychology, Science and Math, and Behavioral Sciences from Santa Barbara City College.
