Patrick Frank

Patrick Frank has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Patrick is currently working as an IT Manager at Starfire Energy since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Information Technology Director at The Wild Animal Sanctuary from March 2021 to September 2021.

From 2011 to 2021, Patrick worked at Camp Bow Wow, initially as a Technology Coordinator, where they ensured the functionality and maintenance of company hardware and networks. Later, they were promoted to the role of Manager of Information Technology, where they supervised IT staff, managed projects, enforced technology policies, and collaborated with upper management and vendors.

Before joining Camp Bow Wow, Patrick had a contract position as an I.T. Technician at the City of Thornton Colorado in 2011. Patrick successfully repaired and upgraded over 1,000 city computers to Windows 7. Prior to that, they were an Independent Computer Technician at PDFS Computers from 1999 to 2011, where they provided technical support and implemented system security plans for individual customers and small-to-medium sized businesses.

Additionally, Patrick gained customer service and technical support experience as a Customer Service & Technical Support representative at SmartPhone Experts from 2005 to 2009. Patrick assisted customers with orders, resolved technical issues, and maintained a support log.

Patrick Frank began their education at Dunnellon High School, where they obtained their Diploma from 1995 to 1999. After high school, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism at Red Rocks Community College, which they completed in 2021. From 2017 to 2021, Patrick also attended Red Rocks Community College to earn an Associate's Degree in Cyber Security Specialist. Currently, they are enrolled in Colorado State University Global, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, which they expect to complete in 2024.

Patrick has also obtained several certifications related to IT and cybersecurity, including CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, CompTIA A+ (2009 edition), CompTIA A+ ce, CompTIA CySA+ ce, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS, CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP, and CompTIA Security+ ce. These certifications were obtained between 2010 and 2018.
