Mark Ware

Mark Ware is a seasoned Molecular Diagnostics Scientist and Human Factors Specialist with over 20 years of experience in biotechnology and in vitro diagnostics. Currently serving as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at StarFish Medical, Mark previously held roles as a Medical Diagnostics Consultant and Senior Project Manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where they facilitated market access for diagnostic products in emerging markets. Mark’s extensive knowledge spans product design, market entry strategies, and user engagement, evidenced by their diverse roles in various organizations. They have also contributed to research on familial breast and ovarian cancer as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and the International Agency for Research on Cancer - WHO.
