Cristopher Miranda

Cristopher Miranda is a Mechanical Engineering junior at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with extensive experience in aerospace and engineering projects. Currently serving as a Thermal & Systems Engineering Intern at Starfish Space, Cristopher has also held internships focused on propulsion design for hybrid rocket engines and completed notable projects, including winning second place in the Blue Origin: Human Operator Challenge. As a Makerspace Mentor with MIT Project Manus and Vice President of MIT Students for the Exploration and Development of Space, Cristopher actively engages the MIT community in engineering initiatives. Additional roles include tutoring English and citizenship, serving as an Experimental Solid Propulsion Sub-Team Member with the MIT Rocket Team, and conducting undergraduate research at MIT AeroAstro, contributing to a well-rounded profile in both academic and practical applications within the aerospace sector.
