Win Intelligence for Proposal & Bids. Independent research for the people who build the win.

Stargazy is the analyst publication covering everything that decides whether your bid team wins or loses. Platform evaluations, team benchmarks, salary data, process design, win rate analysis, and the editorial honesty that vendor marketing will never give you.

We exist because Heads of Bids and Directors of Proposals make high-stakes decisions every quarter with almost no independent data to support them. Which platform to invest in? How to structure the team? What good looks like compared to the rest of the market? Where does automation fit?

What we publish:
✹ The Proposal & Bid Software Report - 51+ vendors across five categories, published annually in April
✹ The State of Winning Work - proposal team composition, salaries, process benchmarks, and win rate data, launching September 2026
✹ The Stargazy Brief podcast, featuring the operators and founders shaping the proposal function
✹ AI automation workshops for proposal & revenue teams ready to move beyond copy-paste into genuine workflow transformation

We are not a software company; we don't make commission on software sales. Our revenue comes from the Orbits vendor partnership program, where platform companies pay for independent analyst coverage and visibility. The research stays independent because the model demands it.

If you run a GTM or proposal function and you have never had an analyst in your corner, that changes here.
