Kelvin Foo

Kelvin Foo is an experienced IT professional specializing in network and cybersecurity solutions. Currently serving as the Presales Lead for Network and Cybersecurity at StarHub since April 2024, Kelvin previously held the position of Solutions Director at JOS (Singapore) after an internal transfer. With a strong background in technical consultancy, Kelvin worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at 3D Networks and has held senior networking roles at IBM Singapore and HP. Kelvin began the career as an Associate Network Engineer at Mesiniaga Berhad. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree and an Advanced Diploma in Internet Technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, completed between 2005 and 2009.
