Sumit Kumar Sinha is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and maintaining critical broadcasting and OTT systems. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at StarHub since May 2022, Sumit oversees the OTT Content Delivery Network and related core systems. Prior to this role, Sumit worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment as an Engineer, contributing to the design of networking strategies for a Video Delivery Platform. Experience also includes engineering roles at Speedcast, where routine checks and troubleshooting of satellite communication systems were conducted, as well as positions at Planetcast Media Services and Hughes Communication India Ltd focused on uplink/downlink operations and VSAT network maintenance. Sumit holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Graphic Era Institute of Technology.
