Jonathan Lamb

Jonathan Lamb serves as the General Counsel for the Stark Group of Companies, specializing in energy data, analytics, and infrastructure, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Biwater Holdings Limited from January 2011 to September 2023, overseeing significant international projects, including financing water infrastructure in the British Virgin Islands and agreements with the Kurdistan Regional Government. Jonathan’s extensive legal career includes leadership roles at Cascal N.V., Antilles (UK) Limited, Amarin Corporation, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Gosschalks, along with foundational training at DLA Piper. Jonathan holds an LLB in Law from the University of Hull and completed legal training at The College of Law, York.
