Rick Summers has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager for Stark County Park District since July 2016, overseeing the planning and management of parks, trails, and facilities. Prior to this role, Rick held various leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance from 1990 to March 2016, including Director Portfolio Operations, where significant achievements included managing 4 million square feet of facility operations in Ohio and leading teams to win the TOBY award for multiple years. Rick's earlier roles involved comprehensive real estate management and project coordination, showcasing a strong background in property operations and project management. Education includes an Associate's degree in Business Management from Stark State College and completion of a College Prep program at Jackson High.
