Daulton Wright grew up in northwest Central Florida and graduated from Apopka High School. After attending Valencia Community College for two years, they completed a five-year HVAC Service Technician apprenticeship through United Association Local Union 803, graduating at the top of their class. Daulton spent a decade working in HVAC services before transitioning into leadership roles over the following 20 years, managing service operations and assisting building owners in maintaining efficient indoor environments. In 2022, Daulton became a licensed real estate agent and is currently working part-time with eXp Realty while also taking on the role of Sr. Account Manager at Stark Tech, starting in January 2025. Outside of work, Daulton enjoys riding dirt bikes, competing in enduros, and spending time with family.
