John Blackwood

John Blackwood has a strong background in IT and operations management. John is currently the Director of IT Customer Experience at Stark Tech. Previously, they served as the CIO for Bureau Veritas CIF, North America, and as the Director of Service Delivery, North America Zone at Bureau Veritas. Prior to their time at Bureau Veritas, John held the position of IT Customer Care Manager at Bureau Veritas Group. John also has experience as the Director of IT Solution Center Operations at EarthLink Internet and as the Director of Operations for IT Managed Services at Synergy Global Solutions. John's career began as the Senior Director of Operations at ICT Group, where they worked for 10 years.

John Blackwood has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Rochester and a B.A. in English from the University at Buffalo.
