Pat Hain

Patricia Hain is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology and change management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Integration and Change Management at Stark Tech Group since October 2015, Patricia leads corporate initiatives that harmonize business units with organizational goals while managing M&A integration projects. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Information Services and Vice President of Information Technology at STARTEK, where responsibilities encompassed global IT operations and supporting client launches. Patricia's career also features significant positions at Sitel, such as Sr. Director of Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence, where leadership resulted in the establishment of a global data management team. Patricia holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo.
