Ted O'Shea is an accomplished leader in infrastructure solutions, beginning their journey as an Army Field Artillery Officer and drawing on valuable lessons from extraordinary mentors. Since leaving the Army in 2004, O'Shea has developed and led project-driven businesses in energy services, building solutions, and real estate, successfully delivering over $1 billion in infrastructure projects. Currently, O'Shea serves as the Head of Building Solutions at Stark Technologies, overseeing a team of more than 1,000 professionals across eight states, while also founding and presiding over Dublin Companies, a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on real estate development for federal tenants.
