Luke Walker is the current Vice President of Corporate Development at Starlight Software Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Nokia Project Staffing at SAC Wireless from March 2013 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for negotiating service agreements and pricing with recruiting firms to hire wireless project management, construction management, and cell site technicians to contract into Nokia on a project-to-project basis. Luke also recruited and built a team of internal coordinators who managed hundreds of temporary resources.

During their time at SAC Wireless, Luke also built a turnkey cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Time Tracking, and Finance management tool in order to automate resource requests through resource contract expirations. This included all time tracking, finance, and accounting.

Luke has extensive experience in managing temporary employees and coordinating recruitment efforts across multiple firms. Their skills in building efficient systems have helped Starlight Software Solutions to streamline their own recruitment process and better manage their corporate development initiatives.

Luke Walker completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Luke then participated in the International Business Relations Program at Franklin University Switzerland.

They work with Jon Rutledge - Director, Training, Zach Richard - Director, Implementation, and Derek Mondragon - Director, Implementation & Product Manager. Luke Walker reports to Bill Bradley, CEO. Some direct reports include Adam Clindaniel - Business Development Representative, SJ Anderson - Business Development Representative.
