Thomas Feray

Thomas Feray currently serves as the Global Support Director at STARLIMS since November 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Priority Support at Snowflake, overseeing support teams in EMEA and India, and as a Senior Manager of Technical Support for EMEA. Prior to Snowflake, Thomas held positions at Rubrik, Inc. as Professional Services Manager for the EMEA & APAC regions, as well as at NetApp, where roles ranged from Technical Support Manager to Operations Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Systems & Network Administrator at Orange and Field Support Technician and Helpdesk Technician at various organizations. Thomas holds a BETC degree in IT from CIEFA, earned between 2001 and 2003.
