We launched Starling in late 2021, with optimism, energy and a small blue notebook. Since then our feet haven't touched the ground. Which is just the way we like it.

Founded by Executive Producer Charlie Stanfield, formerly head of Indy8 at Independent, Starling delivers quality work with a no-nonsense, can-do approach to production. Charlie's expertise in ensuring "all the cogs work together" brings creativity and honesty alongside a steady head for budgets – making Starling the ideal partner for agencies and brands seeking both creative excellence and production efficiency.

What sets us apart is our genuine commitment to nurturing talent and fostering collaborative relationships. We support our directors, believe in the people we work with and create an environment where everyone enjoys the process of working together.
