Daniel Hermann began their career in 2006 as an Intern for Marketing at Ignite Studios. In 2007, they became an Assistant Professor for Business and Marketing at Polytechnic University Zhuhai in China. In 2009, they were a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Transnationales Forschungsprojekt "Mediaclimate". From 2011 to 2013, Daniel Hermann was a Trainee Medienmanagement at Mediengruppe Madsack and a Studienberater at AMD Akademie für Mode und Design. In 2014, they joined Starmind as a Junior Project Manager Rollout, then a Project Manager Rollout, Project Manager Client Development and Customer Success Manager, before eventually becoming a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Daniel Hermann obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Corporate Management: Business Communication and Psychology from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences between 2008 and 2010. In 2009, they attended the Universidad Europea International Summer School, where they studied HRM, Intercultural Management, and Marketing. From 2003 to 2007, Daniel obtained a Diplom-Medienökonom in Medienmanagement from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. In 2005, they completed an Exchange Semester at the University of Hawai'i System, studying Business, Theories of Human Communication, and American National Politics. In 2021, Daniel earned the COUP ALL MODULES certification from the COUP Movement - Commandments of Outstanding Presentations.
