Starof is a human capital development firm that caters to businesses and individuals trying to establish themselves in the technology field. We engage in scientific, analytical methodology aptly named Integrated Talent Matching Model to accurately recruit and place talents within client companies that require professionals of matchless calibre.

More about us:
Starof is a subsidiary of Yashoda Group that has thriving businesses in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, information technology and material science. The Group was established in 1978 and employs over 6000 people.

Starof is a tech firm that specializes in human capital development. Our current focus is on helping businesses and candidates navigate the JAVA programming landscape. We take the guesswork out of recruiting by using accurate assessments and benchmarking tools that are based on behavioral science, analytics and technology. We refer to this as our Integrated Talent Matching Model (ITMM). Our assessments cover functional and behavioral parameters to deliver a perfect match. In case of JAVA that would mean a coding test, an interview with our JAVA expert and finally a composite score. We are highly selective. Only 15% of all candidates that we screen are included in our talent pool. We are currently working with companies like ComakeIT, Thales, Moglix, ParkPlus, who are extremely satisfied with our candidates.

We also specialize in devising solutions to clients’ ever-changing needs. We can therefore staff for permanent, part-time and contract roles.

We believe great things happen the right candidates are put in the right environment. We also believe that with along with raw talent an individual needs training and a recruiter who understands his or her long-term goals and aspirations. This ensures that he or she is matched with the right opportunity, yielding incredible results for the both the individual and the hiring company.
