Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy currently serves as the Director of Bar Operations at STARR Restaurants since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in bar management and operations. As the Owner/Operator of Bartender-Etc. since January 2019, Mark has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a strong background in bar consulting and staff training at various establishments, including Upland and Buddakan. Notably, Mark has held pivotal roles at STARR Restaurants and The Howard Hughes Corporation, contributing to menu development, operational openings, and staff training. A Bachelor of Education in Music was earned from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 2001 and 2004.
