Andy Weinstein

Andy Weinstein is an accomplished director with extensive experience in management consulting, transformation, and operational strategy within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Management Consulting at Starr Insurance Companies since February 2020, Andy leads a team focused on aligning organizational strategies with global challenges. Prior to this role, Andy worked as an independent consultant and held various senior leadership positions at AIG from 1991 to 2018, including Vice President of Program Management & Strategy, where significant cost savings and process efficiencies were achieved. With an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University at Albany, Andy demonstrates a strong academic foundation coupled with a proven track record in business transformation and strategic execution.
