Bryan Cessna

Bryan Cessna is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in military and commercial aviation. Currently serving as Profit Center Manager at Starr Insurance Companies since July 2015, Cessna manages a team focused on providing Defense Base Act insurance for government contracts. Previous roles include Safety and Loss Control Consultant, C-5M Pilot Simulator Instructor at Flight Safety International, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force, such as Commander of the C-5M Formal Training Unit and Chief of Safety, where significant contributions were made to flight safety and training operations. Cessna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and has consistently demonstrated expertise in safety programs, operational leadership, and aircrew training throughout a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
