Carol Gregory

Carol Gregory has over 30 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, currently serving as AVP, Regional Claims Manager at Starr Adjustment Services, Inc since October 2006. In this role, Carol oversees claims related to HULL/Liability and Cargo policies for Chicago-based accounts and directs third-party administrators to ensure successful claims outcomes. Prior to this position, Carol held roles including Claims Unit Manager at St Paul Travelers and Senior Claims Specialist at Royal & SunAlliance, where responsibilities included managing first-party HULL/Liability claims for the Yacht Claims Department. Carol's career began as a Senior Claims Examiner at Connecticut Specialty from August 1992 to May 1997. Carol earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education, specializing in Art, from Virginia Intermont College between 1971 and 1973.
