Dave Cox

Dave Cox has extensive experience in the transportation insurance industry, currently serving as President of Constellation Transportation Specialty Underwriters and Managing Director of Transportation at Norman-Spencer Agency, LLC since October 2019. Prior roles include National Practice Leader at Starr Indemnity & Liability Company, where Dave led a top-performing national transportation auto liability program, and President of Transportation Insurance Specialists, where Dave developed underwriting manuals and procedures. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at Insurers Unlimited of Georgia, Chief Underwriting Officer at Underwriters Service Company, and Vice President at Hogg-Robinson Insurance Agency. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel, completed in 1984.
