David Howe

David Howe is currently a Senior Underwriter at Starr Insurance Companies, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, David worked as an Underwriter and Assistant Underwriter at Starr Companies from 2015 to 2019, and gained diverse experience through internships in various roles, including a Buying Internship at Debenhams and an Investment Banking Internship at Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Durham in 2011 and has developed strong skills in underwriting and client relations throughout their career.
