David Parker

David Parker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and compliance within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Agency Financial Controller at Starr Underwriting Agents Limited since January 2016, David has previously held roles including Branch Accountant at International Insurance Company of Hannover SE, where responsibilities encompassed management of internal and external financial reporting, tax compliance, and oversight of finance processes. Prior to that, David has excelled in various positions such as Senior Reporting Accountant at Catlin, Financial Controller at Brighter Business Ltd and TC Cleaning Contractors Ltd, and Finance Manager at Trend Control Systems. David holds a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Italian from the University of East Anglia, earned between 1989 and 1993.
