Derick Narvacan is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Country Head for Starr Insurance Companies in the Philippines since June 2020, Narvacan previously held multiple senior positions at Pioneer Insurance from September 2013 to June 2020, including Senior Vice President for Relationship Management and Special Projects, as well as First Vice President. Prior to that, experience at Marsh (Singapore) Pte Ltd spanned from July 2010 to September 2013, where roles included Vice President and Hull Team Leader. Early career experience at Pioneer Insurance included a decade-long tenure leading the Hull Department. Narvacan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, completing studies in 1998 after attending Canossa Academy in Lipa City.
