Desmond Chan

Desmond Chan is an underwriter specializing in marine insurance at Starr Insurance since 2025, with a diverse background in general insurance lines. They previously served as a Junior Underwriting Executive at ERGO Insurance Singapore from 2020 to 2021, where they managed various underwriting tasks.
