Don Pease

Don Pease is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and fire services sectors. Since June 2003, Don has held various positions at Starr Insurance, currently serving as Vice President and Engineering Manager for Starr Specialty Property, Middle Market, Boiler & Machinery, after previously working as Assistant Vice President and Manager of Property Engineering, as well as Technical Services Manager. Prior to this, Don gained valuable experience as a Loss Control Consultant. Earlier career experience includes an internship at the Mount Prospect Fire Department, where Don supported fire inspections, investigations, and developed a Hazardous Communication Plan. Don Pease holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology, specializing in Fire Protection and Safety Technology, from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2003.
