Eugene Lim currently serves as the Regional APAC Head of Accident & Health at Starr Insurance Companies since September 2023. Prior to this role, Eugene held multiple positions at bolttech from February 2021 to September 2023, including Director of Travel & Accident and Director of Partnerships. Eugene also worked at Chubb as the Regional Travel Commercial Manager for Accident & Health from March 2016 to January 2021, overseeing traditional distribution channels in the APAC region.
