Florence Baker

Florence Baker has extensive experience in the workers’ compensation field, currently serving as WC Team Lead at Sedgwick CMS since July 2013, where responsibilities include supervising a team of examiners and technical staff and monitoring claim activities. Prior experience includes serving as WC Claims Supervisor at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., overseeing claims adjusters for the Houston office, and as Claims Specialist II at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, where initial claims investigations were conducted. Florence Baker also holds the position of Claims Manager at Starr Companies since July 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
