Jia Lu

Jia (Sherry) Lu, AINS, currently serves as a Supervisor in the Claims Department at Starr Insurance Companies, a position held since June 2018. With a diverse background in claims and risk management, Jia previously worked as a Claims and Risk Management Specialist at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Aspen Insurance Group, starting as a CLM Claims Management Intern in June 2013, advancing to Claims Analyst until June 2018. Jia also interned at Jiangtai Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. in the Tourism Industry Risk Department and at Huatai Insurance in the Operations Department, Claims Management Division. Jia holds a Master of Science in Management of Risk from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Economics in Insurance from Beijing Technology and Business University.
