Jill Rabon

Jill Rabon currently serves as the Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Starr Insurance Companies, a position held since July 2014, where Jill oversees the strategic direction of global payroll and HR operations for over 3,300 employees across 28 countries. Prior to this, Jill was the SVP and Head of Payroll at RBS Citizens Financial Group from October 2010 to July 2014, managing extensive payroll operations for 22,000 domestic and 100+ international employees. Jill's career began at BT Americas Inc, where significant achievements included leading global payroll operations for 16,000+ employees in 44 countries and overseeing payroll operations during mergers and acquisitions. Jill Rabon holds a degree from Kennesaw State University.
