John Bevan

John Bevan is an experienced insurance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since July 2013, John has served as a Senior Underwriter for Starr Companies, specializing in the property and CAR business across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on sectors such as mining, power, oil & gas, and heavy manufacturing. Prior to this role, John held various positions in leading insurance firms, including Underwriting Manager for Mining at CGU Insurance and Senior Property Underwriter at Zurich Financial Services Australia. John's extensive experience in underwriting corporate property began at QBE Insurance, where a significant tenure as Senior Property Underwriter was established. John completed education at Camberwell Grammar from 1966 to 1972.
