Justine E. Bolt

Justine E. Bolt is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as VP - Profit Center Manager for Primary Construction at Starr Insurance since April 2010. With a track record of managing a wrap-up book exceeding $125 million in gross written premium and achieving a renewal retention rate over 90% in the past three years, Justine has played a significant role in the development of Starr’s underwriting manuals and product offerings. Prior to Starr, Justine worked at American International Group as a Professional Associate, contributing to pricing model adjustments and business model development in the Environmental Impairment Liability sector. Early experience includes positions at The Hartford as a Performance Measurement Analyst Intern and at Comune di Milano as an International Relations Intern. Justine holds a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and has also studied at Università Bocconi.
