Kyle Lewis serves as the Claims Manager for Transportation & Commercial Auto at Starr Insurance Companies since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in claims management across various insurance sectors. Previously, Kyle held the position of Claims Manager for P&C/Credit Lines Insurance at EXL from November 2017 to November 2021, where leadership was provided to claims and billing teams, resulting in significant improvements in cycle time and customer service metrics. Prior experience includes roles such as Claims Manager at CUNA Mutual Group, Claims Supervisor at Direct General Insurance and Gainsco, and Claims Investigator at Croft ClaimWorks, where expertise in claim resolution, team building, and operational oversight was developed. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Spanish from Texas Christian University.
