Natalie Pitman

Natalie Pitman is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Associate HR Business Partner at Starr Insurance since April 2019, where Natalie has also held roles as HR Operations Advisor and HR & Development Assistant. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Personal Assistant at FMConsult from April 2017 to April 2019. Natalie's early career includes positions as a Dog Kennel Worker at Otford Boarding Kennels from 2010 to 2016, as well as roles as a Barista at Arthur's Restaurant and Bar Staff at Toby Carvery in 2014 and 2015. Natalie holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coventry University, completed in 2016. Natalie's educational foundation was laid at Newstead Wood School, where studies took place from 2006 to 2013.
