Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Broker Liaison Officer at Starr Insurance Companies since February 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held leadership positions at Aon Inpoint as Managing Director and Principal from August 2014 to December 2021, and at AXA Personal Lines from August 2010 to July 2014 as Head of Strategy, where responsibilities included strategic development for AXA's UK Personal Lines general insurance business. Paul also served as Senior Strategy Manager at AXA UK from October 2007 to July 2010, leading strategic reviews and evaluations. Beginning a career at AXA Insurance UK, Paul progressed from Strategy Manager to Project Leader, focusing on strategic development processes and business process reengineering.
