Reginald C. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Reginald started their career as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Allstate, where they excelled in sales and customer retention. Reginald then worked as an Underwriter at The Hartford, where they validated and evaluated underwriting information. Reginald also served as a Staff Sergeant Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force, where they designed construction projects and handled various project-related tasks. In 2007, they joined Builders Insurance Group as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for creating and maintaining QA deliverables and performing testing on web-based Java and Oracle applications. Currently, Reginald is a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Starr Insurance Companies, where they have successfully developed and managed QA processes, implemented a QA dashboard, and executed various types of tests.
