Robert Goebel, CSP, ARM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Safety & Loss Control at Starr Insurance Companies since July 2013. Robert's career in safety also includes military service with the U.S. Army from October 1986 to September 2001. Academically, Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has a Certificate in Aviation Safety & Security with a focus on Safety Management Systems from USC Viterbi School of Engineering.
