Steven Lew

Steven Lew is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Compliance Underwriting Director at Starr Companies since March 2014, Steven oversees both in-house and consultant efforts related to property and casualty filings, as well as rate, rule, and form revisions. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Tower Group Companies from August 2005 to January 2014, focusing on regulatory analysis and underwriting procedures for various insurance lines. Steven began the career at Tokio Marine Management, Inc. as a Senior Compliance Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing rating bureau information and conducting rate reviews. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University.
