David Ulpen

David Ulpen has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. David started their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at CA Technologies in 2001, where they worked with various operating systems and was responsible for testing, deployment, and configuration of products. David later became a Quality Assurance Manager, managing a team of five engineers and providing leadership and quality management. Additionally, they worked as a Level 2 Security Product Support, serving as a technical liaison between customers and product development.

In 2013, David joined ANZ as a Security Analyst, where they developed high availability and performance testing strategies for a large-scale Identity Management solution. David also worked as an IT Security Analyst at Nextgen Group Holdings, where they developed the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Assessment document.

In 2013, David also worked at Zimbani in Professional Services. Currently, they are a Software Test Analyst at StarRez, Inc., involved in creating software used by top colleges worldwide to manage housing requirements for students.

David Ulpen holds a Diploma of Information Technology in Software Development from Swinburne University of Technology. David also has a Certificate IV of Information Technology in Software Development from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Prince2 Practitioner from the APM group in November 2007.
