Jen Radley

Jen Radley has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Jen began their career at LA Weight Loss as an Area Supervisor, where they were responsible for maintaining a positive working environment, overseeing sales and customer service training, and providing weekly statistical reports. Jen then worked at the University of Toronto for ten years, starting as a Manager in Housing Services and later transitioning to the role of Admissions and Communications Manager for Chestnut Residence and Graduate House. In 2019, they joined StarRez, Inc. as a Project Manager and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Project Manager before becoming a Team Lead/Project Manager. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Jen Radley has a Certificate in Business Analyst from the Schulich School of Business - York University, which was obtained in 2018. In the same year, they also obtained several additional certifications including "Identify Assist Refer" from U of T Health and Wellness, "Entry Level Business Analyst" from IIBA, "Six Sigma Foundations," "Change Management Foundations," "SharePoint Online Essential Training," and "Agile Project Management (Cert.APM)" from Lynda.com, and "Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)" from an unidentified institution (obtained in 2013).
