Jorge Lay is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder of Toniq Lab, currently serving as the Director of Quality at StarRez, Inc. With a background in multimedia systems and information technology from Monash University, they have developed extensive expertise in SaaS companies, applying Agile and Lean methodologies to establish robust quality assurance practices. Previously, Jorge held roles including Senior Quality Coach at Culture Amp, where they cultivated a thriving QA practice for over 100 engineers, and QA Manager at Big Ant, overseeing critical game title testing. A passionate mentor, Jorge is dedicated to fostering growth and promoting a quality-first mindset within organizations.
