Leanne Dootson

Leanne Dootson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leanne currently serves as a Project Manager at StarRez, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, they worked at iQ Student Accommodation for a significant period, starting as an Assistant Accommodation Manager in September 2010 and progressing to various roles such as StarRez Administrator, Operational Excellence Manager, and Operations Standards Manager. In these positions, Leanne was responsible for site audits, policy creation, software system alignment, and business analysis. Before iQ Student Accommodation, Leanne worked at Bupa as a Member Services Advisor and later as a Trainer for Team Inspire. Leanne began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Blockbuster UK, developing their sales, communication, and teamwork skills. Overall, Leanne has demonstrated expertise in project management, business analysis, operational excellence, customer service, and team training throughout their career.

Leanne Dootson completed their GCSEs at Tarleton High School from 1996 to 2001. Leanne studied Maths, English, Science, History, Art, French, IT, Religion Education, and Food Technology during this period. After high school, they pursued their A Levels at Runshaw College from 2001 to 2003. In addition to History, Sociology, and English Literature, they also studied Religion, Philosophy & Ethics. Leanne then attended The University of Manchester from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a BA (hons) in History and Sociology, with a focus on History.
