Alba Gonzalez has experience working in various roles in the IT field. From 2021, they have been working as a Tier II Analyst in Network Service Assurance at Starry, Inc. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Santander Bank, N.A. as an IT Command Center Incident Analyst. In 2017, they worked at Sun Life Financial as an Onsite Support, where they provided Tier 1 support for Windows 7 OS Applications, Network connectivity, User accounts, and other Hardware/Software issues. Additionally, they administrated tasks involving Active Directory, SCCM, McAfee EPO, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Outlook. Alba also worked at Bentley University in 2016 as an IT Specialist, managing databases, installing and troubleshooting network equipment, and handling inbound calls and tickets.

Alba Gonzalez completed high school at School El Redentor in the Dominican Republic from 2007 to 2011. Alba then earned credits in English Language and Literature, General at Bunker Hill Community College from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they enrolled at Year Up and focused their studies on Information Technology.
