Casey Bonilla

Casey Bonilla has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career at Greater Lynn Mental Health in 1998 as a Clinical professional. They then moved on to The Psychological Center, where they served as a Project Manager for three years, overseeing various responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and finance administration. From 2003 to 2015, Casey worked at Verizon Data Services as an Inbound sales and service account manager, handling customer inquiries and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

In 2016, Casey joined the Internal Revenue Service as a Contact Representative, responsible for reviewing taxpayers' amended tax returns and processing amendments efficiently. Around the same time, they also became an Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company, providing life and health insurance solutions to individuals and businesses across all 50 states.

In 2018, Casey joined EverQuote as a Life Insurance Agent, playing a key role in launching EverLife, an independent life insurance agency. They were also briefly a Client Success Manager, serving a large number of life insurance agents, providing support, and optimizing their experience through upselling and cross-selling.

Casey then joined Fidelity Investments in 2019 as a Benefit Accounts Relationship Manager, where they reviewed 401K and IRA plans for eligibility on loans and withdrawals, provided information on market fluctuations and taxation, and assessed client needs.

In 2020, Casey transitioned to Zwicker & Associates, P.C., working as a Collections & Debt Management Specialist for over a year, before moving on to Starry, Inc. in 2022. At Starry, Inc., they currently hold the roles of Regional Account Executive and Business Development Representative.

Throughout their career, Casey has demonstrated strong skills in sales, customer service, project management, and financial administration.

Casey Bonilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Salem State University. Furthermore, Casey has obtained a certification as a Notary Public Appointment from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in May 2021.
